Monaco ACI Exchange Conference

 EBUG will be participating in an 'ACI Exchange' conference taking place at Le Meridien Hotel in Monaco
from 13th to 15th June. This is an excellent venue - a top quality hotel with its own conference centre attached. Please put the dates in your diary and check back regularly
for further announcements. We will be providing more details in the near future.
We are currently working with ACI to build an agenda which will be attractive to our members. We are particularly interested in
customer case studies so, if you have a good story to tell about one of your organisation's initiatives, which you are happy to share with your EBUG colleagues, please get in touch
with us. Alternatively, if there is a particular topic or speaker which you would like to see on the agenda, please let us know. You can contact us at

Another successful EBUG TFG was held at the ACI Offices in Watford, UK from Monday 7th to Wednesday 9th November. The
EBUG Committee would like to thank all of those who took part, both speakers and delegates.

Berlin 2011
Berlin Palace Hotel, Germany, April 12-15 2011

The 2011 Annual Conference was held at the Berlin Palace Hotel in Germany
from 12th to 15th April. The conference, with a theme of Partnership in Payments was organised this year by EBUG working in
association with the ACI-led 'ACE EMEA' groups for fraud and back office product users. It had a full and varied
agenda and a very high quality of speakers and presentations.

Technical Focus Group 2010
Another Successful EBUG Event

The 2010 EBUG TFG took place at the ACI Offices in Watford, UK from
Monday 8th to Wednesday 10th November. There was an excellent turnout this year and we had a great agenda.
The topics covered included the latest ACI product updates, sessions on BASE24-eps migration, customisation and operations, a full morning
on PCI compliance (including a lively open discussion on 'living with compensating controls') and some very productive interactive EBUG
sessions.

Madrid 2010

The 2010 Annual Conference was held at the Hotel Puerta America in Madrid
from 27th to 30th April. Presentations are available here for delegates only. A summary of the
ACI Q&A session has been posted in the
Member Area.
The theme of the conference was Beyond the Sunset. The Agenda was packed with
great information and speakers, including industry topics, customer case studies and a full update on ACI products.
Our thanks to everyone who took time out from their busy work schedules and made the effort during a particularly difficult
period to join us in Madrid and help to create what was regarded by everyone present as a real success. Even a volcano cannot stop EBUG! Special thanks to

What is EBUG?
An Independent, Customer-Run User Group
 |
 is an independent user group, for customers who have licensed products from
ACI Worldwide. The primary role of EBUG is to promote communication within the
user community and between the user community and ACI. The EBUG executive committee, which any member may join, runs regular events including an annual conference in April or May and a technical seminar in October or November. The benefits of belonging to EBUG include:

All ACI Software Licence Holders

All licensed users of ACI's products in EMEA
are eligible for EBUG membership; people in management, marketing,
operations, and technical support are encouraged to participate. There
are no membership fees involved: the organisation is non-profit making
