Chairman's Note

We are all forever being promised that, whatever it is, it is about to become bigger, better and brighter. The TFG has run successfully now for many years in its present guise and at roughly the same time of year. The TFG is very popular with Users, the EBUG Committee (who are all Users of a variety of ACI software) and ACI themselves. Both EBUG and ACI have declared a firm commitment to the continued staging of the TFG, but, and here comes the ‘bigger, better and brighter’, we are considering some changes in the coming year (2012) to both the TFG and the Conference.

There are no details yet that I have to share with you, but I can assure you that it is the intention of the Committee to keep EBUG as the independent User Group for ACI’s products. The aim is to bring even better value to you as Users from both the TFG and the Annual Conference.

All that I ask at the moment is that you bear with us and don’t be surprised to find that there might be changes in the timings and structure of our events. Please check regularly on this website where we will let you know of any developments as soon as we have useful information to pass on to you.

No decisions have yet been made, and some may think that there is no need to alter a format that has served us well for over 27 years, but it’s never been EBUG’s aim to ‘tread water’ and we are simply ensuring that we keep abreast of the changing world.
